Hi Bill,

I just wanted to say thank you very much for fixing the parking lot holes.  They were indeed a major concern of mine, as well, I'm sure, for many other customers.  It is a much smoother ride now, going in and out of the lot, because of this.

I began my apartment hunt in Albany by browsing Craigslist. After seeing a number of places that were small, dark, or flat out not the apartment advertised online, I came across Hamel Real Estate’s website. My roommate and I met with Bill and he showed us two apartments in our price range. When we decided to go ahead and take one of them, Bill helped us to negotiate a lower rent with the property owner. They accepted our offer and a few days later we signed our lease. Bill was helpful in our search, responsive to our requests as tenants, and made the move out process simple, returning 100% of our security two weeks after we moved out. I would recommend Hamel Real Estate to anyone looking for a great property in Center Square.

Shawn was looking for a home that was extremely close to the interstate.  We had to stay patient and wait for homes that came on the market that fit this particular location criteria.

There was very little multifamily inventory to choose from.  It always pays to keep looking hard.  I found a "for sale by owner".  Had it been listed with the MLS, we would have had to compete with other buyers.
