We are starting our Annual Food Drive, November 1-December 15.
Our food drive benefits the Focus Food Pantry (located in Center Square) and
the Mohawk Hudson River Humane Society. Donations can be brought to 291
Hudson Avenue (entrance on the Dove St. side of the building) Monday-Friday,
8:00-4:00. Between Hurricane Irene, all the flooding, and the economy,
our neighbors and animals need all the help we can provide. Thank you.
Hamel Real Estate will also be hosting a neighborhood
Holiday Open House on Friday, December 16th from 1:00-3:00.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!! The
City of Albany has recently determined that the parking space
next to the curb cut-out in front of our office on Dove Street
is an illegal parking spot (there is NOT a No Parking sign).
You will be issued a $115 ticket if you park there.
Help us assist the local legislators
and neighborhood representatives to make the neighborhoods
(Center Square and Hudson Park) better. Please reach out
to them with any concerns or suggestions for improvements.
We are located in the middle of the neighborhoods with a
professional office and maintenance staff and strive to keep the
neighborhoods clean and safe.
