Do You Offer a Referral Bonus?
Yes. We will give you $50 Referral incentive if you refer a friend that qualifies and rents and apartment from us.
Can I paint my apartment?

We professionally turn over our apartments between each tenancy. We paint our apartment with a tasteful color scheme and we don't allow tenants to paint other colors.

Do I need renters insurance?

Renters insurance protects the tenant's belongings if something unexpected happens.  It is very affordable and allows for piece of mind.

Do you accept pets?

We accept pets 25 lbs or less for a $25 per month charge. We don't take aggressive breeds.

Is the security deposit refunded?

Absolutely!  The goal for both parties is to have the apartment back in the same general condition it was originally moved into. At that point all monies are returned to the tenant.

Should I be concerned with lead paint in old homes?

Lead paint is a concern in buildings built prior to 1978.  We are obligated by federal law to provide information about protecting your family along with a disclosure stating our knowledge of any hazard in the home.

What are the standards to qualify for an apartment?

We have an application process that asks for information that allows us to check credit, check landlord and employment references. We also do additional background checks.  There is a $30 application fee to pay for this processing.

What payment is due before move-in?

We require a month and a half of monthly rent for a security deposit.  Security deposit and the 1st months rent must be paid before move in.

Who do I call for maintenance?

You can call us directly. We have a maintenance crew and a trusted list of subcontractors that fix any problem.  Our office handles these issues routinely and there is also an emergency line for more serious issues.

Who shovels the snow?

Our maintenance crew removes snow as a priority each snow fall.
